Payment and Refund Policy
How payment works, what it grants, and when a refund applies.
What you are buying
Access to the published lessons of one grade, for a fixed term of 30 days from the moment access is granted. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
No automatic renewal
Nothing renews on its own and no payment instrument is stored for future charges. When the term ends, access ends until you choose to buy again.
Buying again
If you buy the same grade while access is still active, the new term is added to the end of your current access rather than replacing it.
When access is granted
Access is granted only when our payment provider confirms the payment to us directly. Returning to the site from the payment page does not by itself grant access, and a payment that has not been confirmed will not show as access.
If a payment fails
No access is granted and no amount is retained. If money has left your account but access has not appeared, contact support with the date and amount.
Refunds
If a payment was taken and access was not granted, we refund it in full. Where access was granted and used, refunds are considered case by case; contact support and explain what happened.
Contacting us about a payment
Email support@virtualx.tv with the date, the amount, and the email address on the account. Never send card details.
